There are a lot of people who think that to lose weight fast, they must eat less and a lot less than what they are eating currently. This is not really true, because there is a strange linkage between amount and number of times of eating and the kind of weight loss that you can manage. It is clearly proved that if you spread 6 meals across the day, it is a much better tactic than having 3 large meals per day, but the trick is that the 6 meals much be balanced, well spaced out and also small portions of non fattening stuff. The reason for this is that small meals are able to tame the beast of hunger and ensure that you do not end up hogging too much.

You have to ensure that when you eat more, to lose weight fats; you should east fiber rich foods as well as proteins. These are substances that do not add to weight or fat and yet give you the feeling of being well fed and satisfied. You have to avoid all traces of sugary and fatty foods and go in for those foods that add to the matter and not the fat.
