How to use stress busters to stay healthy

As humans, our minds and bodies are closely linked together. We are psychosomatic beings and how we think and how we feel does have an impact on our health. That is why you need the help of stress busters to keep all the stressors at bay and be healthy and fine. If you do exercise, you can use these as stress busters as these are able to release endorphins and cortisol that will have a calming effect on your brain. As you go out for your jog or swim, it would help to remember that you are also doing your mental health a huge favor and increasing your ability to be fit and fine.

Similarly, if you have breakfast cereal and a good meal in the morning, your brain will remain alert, even as you are able to reduce the level of stress to a great extent. If you are an ‘owl’, do remember that working too late at night adds to your stress. It is better to sleep early and get up with the morning sun, if you have to work more. Adding nore salmon and tuna in your diet is also a stress buster as the omega 3 fatty acids in it are proven to be good stress busters.
