Revitalizing through Nature
Men Nowadays hardly have any time to look after themselves. Its office work for the major art of the day and then a little time in expensive gyms during weekends. This routine leaves a man completely stressed out mentally and physically. The only effective healer is Nature here. It revitalizes, heals and invigorates the complete body and souls and makes the body and mind ready for more of the torturous routine of the daily lives. So give nature a chance in your daily life or at least during the weekends. Go trekking, kayaking, fishing or just take a walk in the local park.
Let’s just think about our childhood when our mothers found it hard to keep us indoors, keep us safe from grazed elbows and knees. Times when a TV show like Tarzan would evoke a deep sense of ‘fighting spirit’, and simple tools around the house hold would magically transform into equipments of mass destruction, siblings would become the nemesis and long battles would be fought in the garden or park. Our pets were our best friends and no day would be complete without them having parts to play in our games. It was times back then that we got back home just in time for supper, not without much coaxing by mother, and there was pretty much no energy left to do anything else but sleep. And sleep like kings we did. Early was the hour when we woke up to gorge food and it was back to the natural world again, perhaps a war with the Martians or a ride through a fairyland on a unicorn.
This was when our body functioned the natural way. Long hours in the stale office-environment take its toll on our bodies and we tire or stress out. The only solution is to step out into nature, every now and then.
